    ABBC Business After 6 is now open for registration. This is a fabulous opportunity for members to network with other members, a number of special guests, policymakers and businesses to share and identify mutual business opportunities. We are expecting the attendance of the H.E. The Hon High Commissioner of Bangladesh, representatives from Export Council of Australia, EFIC - the Australian Government's Export Credit Agency among others.     The University of Adelaide's Institute of International Trade is hosting 20 Government Officials from Bangladesh as part of an Australia Awards Programs which aims to instil the ability to think and act strategically about international trade and development issues. Delivered over six months, this exciting program provides participants with a practically-orientated understanding of global, regional and national trade, investment and development issues, and promotes the development of collaborative and productive relationships and trade opportunities between Bangladesh and Australia.

    As a part of the effort, the University of Adelaide's Institute of International Trade and the Australia Bangladesh Business Council is jointly holding a networking event to bring together the Government officials with businesses in international trade between Bangladesh and Australia, business associations, policy analysts and other stakeholders.

    Meet the delegates at various levels in the Bangladesh government, including chiefs, deputy chiefs, depity and joint secretaries and directors. The departments that will be represented will include Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industries, Economic Relations Division, Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority, Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority and the Bangladesh Tariff Commission.
